Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly.
- Adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
