Job Summary:
Join our vibrant team at a leading gym in Dubai International City as a Front Desk Supervisor. We're looking for a highly capable and polished professional to elevate our member experience and efficiently manage front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the front desk team to ensure peak performance and adherence to service standards.
- Provide an exceptional first impression, warmly welcoming and assisting all gym members and visitors.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of inquiries via walk-ins, phone, and email concerning memberships, class schedules, and facility bookings.
- Strategically plan and oversee front desk shifts, guaranteeing consistent coverage and operational efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous member records, handling new sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations with precision.
- Ensure the reception area remains immaculate, well-organized, and optimally prepared for daily operations.
- Collaborate on special events and promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- Confidently manage and respond to emergency situations following established company protocols.
- Oversee incoming correspondence and package distribution.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management to support gym operations.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Mid: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Evening: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma required; hospitality or business-related education is a plus.
- At least 2 or 3 years of demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced customer service or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English are essential (proficiency in Arabic or Chinese is a distinct advantage).
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent organizational standards.
- A dependable, mature, and highly responsible individual capable of independent problem-solving and team oversight.
- Comfortable adapting to rotating shifts and thriving in a dynamic, high-energy setting.
- Proficient in computer systems and familiar with standard front desk management software.
