Job Opportunity: Head Chef (International Cuisine)
Location: Mirfa, UAE
Duty Hours: 8 hours/day
Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 day off weekly)
Compensation: Salary + Commission (based on performance)
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef with expertise in international cuisine, especially in preparing pizza, pasta, burgers, and sandwiches. This role is ideal for someone who can lead a kitchen team, maintain high standards of food quality, and contribute to the development of an exciting and modern menu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on pizza, pasta, burgers, and sandwiches
- Design, update, and innovate the menu based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor inventory, reduce food waste, and manage food cost
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
- Collaborate with management to drive kitchen performance and customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise kitchen team members to ensure skill development and kitchen efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in an international kitchen
- Strong skills in preparing pizza, pasta, burgers, and sandwiches
- Ability to manage a team and kitchen operations under pressure
- Creative mindset with passion for culinary trends
- Excellent understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be available to work 8 hours daily, 6 days a week

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Head Chef: 7 years (Preferred)
