Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution professionally
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and performance
- Support performance appraisal systems and assist in career development planning
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies
- Collaborate with management to foster a positive and productive work environment
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Dubai or the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
