Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, making it ideal for fresh graduates or students eager to start a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job ads and screening CVs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation processes
- Assist with HR events and engagement activities
- Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
