- Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Help prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents to selected candidates.
- Research and suggest innovative methods for sourcing candidates and improving recruitment processes.
- Assist in organizing internal events and training sessions for employees.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as preparing reports or gathering interview feedback.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
