We are looking for an experienced HR Service Provider who can manage core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with local labor laws. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who is flexible and can contribute strategically to the growth of the company. There is potential for this position to become full-time as the company grows and expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
- Assist in organizing and implementing employee training and development programs.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
- Help with the development and management of employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR strategies and initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Human Resources, with at least [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple HR functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a part-time schedule with potential for full-time transition.
