Job Title: HR
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR / HR Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in human resources, with a minimum of 5 years in the same company in Dubai and a total of at least 8 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR operations and ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law.
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, and shortlisting applicants.
- Prepare and generate professional CV summaries for shortlisted candidates for management review.
- Oversee onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to track HR performance and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ HR experience in the UAE, including at least 5 years in the same company in Dubai.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including interviewing, candidate assessment, and CV preparation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic, German, or French will be an advantage.
