Job Description
- Support in the administrative processing of all issues related to the human resources area.
- Monthly salary processing and compliance with all legal obligations inherent to the area.
- Ensure the processing of overtime, absences, delays, discounts, vacations, subsidies and other miscellaneous payments;
- Carry out admissions/dismissals of workers;
- Prepare Service Declarations and various documents;
- Treatment and conduct of disciplinary proceedings;
- Respond to and resolve employees' queries regarding Human Resources matters;
- Keep the physical and electronic files belonging to employees and the company up to date;
- Mastery in conflict management
- Knowledge and mastery of labor legislation
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or similar areas;
- Solid knowledge of the General Labor Law and complementary laws;
- Knowledge of salary processing,
