Job description
We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with experience in CAFM systems and ERP coordination to support our operations and technical platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role of ensuring the efficient functioning of CAFM and ERP systems for all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT infrastructure, user support, networks, and system security
Administer and support CAFM software (e.g., Anacity, Archibus, FSI, or similar)
Coordinate with various departments to ensure ERP workflows are implemented and functioning correctly
Provide technical support for ERP and CAFM platforms, including system updates and issue resolution
Assist in report generation, data migration, and module integration for ERP systems
Train staff on CAFM/ERP usage and ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Maintain software licenses, backups, user access, and documentation
Act as the technical liaison between IT vendors and internal teams for system improvements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–2 years of experience in IT administration with CAFM & ERP exposure
Experience with CAFM platforms like Anacity, Archibus, or FSI
Familiarity with ERP software (custom or commercial like SAP, Zoho, Oracle, Odoo, etc.)
Proficient in IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting, and network support
Skills & Competencies:
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to translate operational needs into IT solutions
Good understanding of FM processes, data management, and automation
Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
