The Level 2-3 Technical Engineer requires both proven experience with cloud and MDM technology and outstanding personal communication skills. A positive and "can do" personality, and customer service is key for this position as we provide our clients with personalized white glove service.
We are looking for an engineer with 5+ years of experience with Jamf, Intune, and Azure.
Key Tasks
- Building and supporting solutions that leverage technology to meet a client’s business needs in Azure, Intune, Jamf, and M365.
- Acting as a point of contact when responding to L2-L3 ticketing requests.
- You will act as a point of contact to the customer for all technology related service requests

- Builds and maintains relationships with clients with clear communication and prompt follow-through on ticketing.
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Fast turnaround of customer requests.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels.
