We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The primary responsibilities will include basic accounting, cash/fee follow-up, and supporting daily financial operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and capable of handling administrative and front desk tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding fees and manage daily cash handling
- Maintain basic accounting records and assist with bookkeeping
- Support billing and payment collection processes
- Handle front desk duties when required – calls, visitors, and coordination
- Assist in day-to-day office administration
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash and maintain records accurately
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Preferred:
Candidates on a dependent visa (e.g., spouse visa, parent visa)
Prior experience in accounting or admin roles is an advantage
