Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives with experience in Facilities Management to promote and sell Hard and Soft Services to clients across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for FM Hard Services (MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil Works) and Soft Services (Cleaning, Housekeeping, Security, Landscaping, Pest Control, Waste Management, etc.).
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure accurate service offerings and pricing.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and local authority regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management Sales.
- Proven track record in selling FM contracts and services (Hard & Soft Services).
- Strong network of clients in residential, commercial, and corporate sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
