We are looking for an attentive and hardworking Laundry Assistant to support the functions of our Laundry Lounge based in https://www.laundrylounge.ae/
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assist Customers with the process of operating the machines and respond to their queries.
- Process laundry within the timeframes by Washing, Drying, Folding and Ironing for our regular customers/ Clients
- To communicate effectively with the team
- Respond to phone enquires
- Ensure working area is kept clean and organized
- Provide good customer service at all times
- Update and maintain excel sheet and shop accounts
Requirements of the job:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Previous experience working in a Laundry
- Ironing and Dry cleaning experience
- Good Communication skills
- Tech Savy
