What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full leasing cycle from property sourcing and client acquisition to closing.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and handle tenancy contracts with precision.
- Advise clients on market conditions, rental values, and legal compliance.
- Build a consistent pipeline through strong networking and proactive lead generation.
You Must Have
- Minimum 1 year of leasing experience within the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Strong area knowledge across key communities and developments.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
- Broker license (ADM) or currently in process.
- Professional presentation, fluent English (Arabic is a plus), and client-focused mindset.
