Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Leasing Coordinator to support our leasing operations. The role will focus on handling tenant inquiries, ensuring proper filing and documentation, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the leasing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via Walkins or call, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure accurate and accessible records.
- Coordinate with the leasing team to support ongoing activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare correspondence, letters, and simple reports as required.
- Track and log inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team member for resolution.
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of UAE experience in an administrative or coordination role (real estate or leasing background is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
