Job Description:
Al Mamzar Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Team Leader to manage and guide a team of real estate agents specializing in property leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, proven leadership skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of leasing agents to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the leasing team, including setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure all team members are following company procedures, CRM use, and compliance protocols.
- Assist team members in closing deals and handling high-profile clients when necessary.
- Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure proper promotion of available properties.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a leasing agent or real estate professional in the UAE (at least 3–5 years).
- Prior leadership or team management experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and leasing laws.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Ability to lead by example and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
