Job Title: Listing Coordinator
Location : Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
The Listing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of the listing process for real estate transactions. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in preparing and maintaining property listings. The Listing Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating marketing efforts, updating multiple listing services (MLS/CRM), and communicating with clients to provide a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the listing process from start to finish, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant.
- Enter and update property details in the MLS, CRM, and other real estate platforms.
- Prepare and review listing agreements, disclosures, and other required paperwork.
- Communicate with sellers to gather property information, photos, and signatures as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate professional photography, videography, staging, and signage installation.
- Create marketing materials (brochures, flyers, online posts) for new listings.
- Track listing status, price changes, and contract deadlines to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with agents, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination of listing activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all listing documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or listing management.
- Strong knowledge of MLS systems, CRM software, and real estate marketing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Customer service–oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience as a Listing Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or similar role.
- Familiarity with local real estate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience using real estate marketing tools (Canva, Adobe, social media platforms).
