Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveListing Coordinator to support our dynamic sales and leasing team. We are off plan team and will need someone who has experience in Off plan listings. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of administrative processes within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to agents and managers
- Property listings on different platforms.
- Manage call handling, scheduling, and client follow-ups
- Prepare tenancy contracts, MOUs, and filing of property documents
- Liaise with clients, landlords, and developers for documentation and appointments
- Maintain up-to-date records in the system with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with marketing tasks such as uploading listings and coordinating photography
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate administration is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) processes is a plus
- Must be presentable, reliable, and a team player
