Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Monitor – Drive your team, enforce KPIs, and keep Bitrix CRM updated (no abandoned listings).
- Landlord Management – Meet landlords, manage expectations, and build lasting trust.
- Training & Mentorship – Coach agents on handling objections and building resilience.
- Performance & Closings – Push the team to hit targets while closing your own deals.
- Crisis Management – Handle team stress, landlord complaints, and operational challenges with calm professionalism.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years’ real estate experience (Abu Dhabi market strongly preferred).
- Own car is mandatory (public transport or Careem won’t cut it).
- Immediate joiner only – we’re not waiting until after family events.
- Clear background and professional track record.
- Strong commitment, discipline, and loyalty.
- Humor and resilience (if you can’t laugh at chaos, this isn’t for you).
