Job Description
- Scheduling of assembly teams and assembly assistants as well as coordination of freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Planning and optimization of truck/assembly routes and combined tours as well as preparation of daily plans
- Contact with end customers and dealers to clarify order details as well as for delivery information and appointment arrangements
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and interface communication
- Staff management, participation in personnel deployment and capacity planning as well as central contact for all organizational matters in the team leader function
Job Requirements
- Completed training in operational or forwarding logistics or comparable professional experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of employee management is an advantage
- A sense of quality and responsibility, a solution-oriented approach, and strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enjoyment of customer contact and high service orientation
- Assertiveness, stress resistance and organizational talent
- Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
