Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell premium residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and developers
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings
- Provide tailored property solutions based on client needs and preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal property marketing and exposure
- Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate regulations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Professional appearance and a client-centric approach
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
