We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Air Ticketing, Tours, and Travel operations at our Deira, Dubai office.
#Key Responsibilities:
✅Oversee daily travel and ticketing operations.
✅Manage flight bookings, reservations, and tour packages.
✅Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
✅Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
✅Supervise and train ticketing/travel staff.
✅Achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
#Requirements:
✅Minimum 3–5 years of experience in air ticketing, tours, and travel.
✅Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). ✅Strong knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes. ✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
✅IATA certification preferred.
