Our Middle East operations have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Campaigns & Communications Manager in UAE.
Role purpose: -
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver fully integrated marketing plans that support UAE’s business strategy. The purpose is:
- Design, develop and deliver marketing campaigns that contribute
to the growth and success of GHD in EMEA, specifically in the UAE - Help the UAE business to effectively articulate our story through the right channels to win work, support our clients and enhance our brand
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of an industry leading, effective multi-channel marketing communications programme for the UAE
- Develop and manage a series of multi-channel market campaigns, designed to target key client groups and subject matter areas
- Working with Market Leaders and BGL’s in region, support raising the visibility, awareness and reputation of GHD across priority stakeholders with the aim of increasing engagement, building deeper client relationships, increasing income generating opportunities and enhancing GHDs impact
- Lead UAE campaign execution and ensure these adhere to project brief and brand standards
- Contribute to and support the EMEA and global content planning calendar, including all social media channels
- Utilise Salesforce to nurture enquiries, establishing a regular rhythm of content for various stakeholders and markets
- Analyse data to monitor the success of campaigns and ROI to optimise activities based on data-driven insights; implement improvements where necessary
- Working with key stakeholders support internal communications and planning where relevant
- Lead event attendance planning and award submissions as required
- Marketing Impact Assessment: Collect and synthesize metrics and other data and participate in reviews of marketing activities to identify possible improvements.
- Brand Positioning: Assist in achieving brand positioning, and lead on contributing ideas to brand plans.
- Marketing Campaign Development: Manage a few campaigns (advertising, promotion, other marketing) and negotiate service-level agreements to ensure successful campaigns and value for money. Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities relating to campaigns.
- Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop procedures and interpret and apply policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advise the wider business on application of policy, then monitor implementation of those procedures within the organization.
- Brand Strategy and Effectiveness: Manage brand(s) and coordinate brand support activities, using brand tracking and/or performance analysis to inform future brand activities.
- Product and Solution Development: Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products and services and develop and amend, as necessary, with guidance from senior colleagues. May also be responsible for supervising activities performed by a product development or specialist team.
- Promoting Customer Focus: Develop internal marketing plans and work collaboratively with other departments to improve internal relationships and build strong external customer relationships.
- Marketing Communications: Create marketing communications plans across all media to support the business plan and increase sales.
- Sales Promotion: Direct and oversee specific segments of the organization’s sales promotion programs, implementing strategies that reflect an understanding of various customer segments and their motivations and that are synergized with the overall marketing strategy.
