Should be able to handle all jobs related to reception including follow up call for admission inquiries Serve as the first point of contact for parents/ students, providing a welcoming environment and addressing inquiries with professionalism.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of university programs, admission requirements, and visa regulations to offer accurate guidance to prospective students.Coordinate and schedule appointments with academic advisors and administrative staff to ensure timely support for students.Assist in the development and distribution of informational materials about university policies, student services, and local resources.Manage and organize student records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. A bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred for a strong foundational understanding of student services.A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an educational or counseling role, ideally within a multicultural environment, is highly desirable.Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages, particularly those spoken by the student population, in UAE is a significant asset.Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, faculty, and external stakeholders in a diverse environment.Experience in similar educational institute in UAE is an advantage .
