We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including meeting rooms, reception, and pantry
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Handle internal document delivery and basic errands
- Support staff in moving office items or preparing meeting spaces
- Monitor pantry and office supplies and report when replenishment is needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Admin or HR team
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Basic communication skills in English
- Honest, punctual, and presentable
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
