Provides support to various basic administrative duties and carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable regulations.
- Follow instructions and directions provided by the immediate supervisor.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including serving beverages to staff and guests, managing documents and greeting visitors.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments.
- Welcome and host visitors where applicable.
- Monitor the usage of office equipment and supplies to ensure availability and proper usage.
- Order, receive and distribute office and pantry supplies as needed.
- Ensure the workplace remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist administrative staff with a wide range of routine office duties.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming couriers, parcels and emails among employees.
- Support the receptionists and administrative assistants in performing their duties.
