Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy to join our real estate team. The role involves maintaining office cleanliness, supporting daily operations, and assisting staff with administrative and hospitality needs to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and clients.
- Ensure pantry supplies, stationery, and office consumables are stocked and replenished.
- Arrange meeting rooms before client appointments and events.
- Assist with moving office furniture or equipment when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, or in a similar role preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of additional Arabic is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and dependable.
