We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique, which includes premium flower arrangements, artisan chocolates, and café services. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across departments, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the boutique, including retail, chocolate section, and flower shop.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, product presentation, and cleanliness.
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with marketing and events team for promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or boutique operations (F&B, flowers, or luxury retail preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of inventory control and POS systems.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
