We are seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to support daily activities at project sites and factory. The ideal candidate will assist with site coordination, client communication, and tracking of work progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate site activities and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
- Read and understand basic technical drawings to support site execution.
- Track manpower, material deliveries, and daily progress.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
- Support engineers and operations team in meeting timelines and quality targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in site coordination or operations.
- Basic knowledge of technical/shop drawings.
- Good communication skills in English.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
