Job Responsibilities:
Operations Coordinator
- Manage daily scheduling of cleaning & pest control teams.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and staff for smooth operations.
- Prepare job sheets, reports, quotations, and invoices.
- Monitor site progress and update management.
- Handle staff allocation, attendance, and overtime records.
Receptionist / Admin
- Manage front desk duties: calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Maintain proper filing of contracts, POs, invoices, and HR records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Support management in day-to-day office administration.
- Ensure smooth communication between office, clients, and field teams.
Job Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business/Admin (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in operations, admin, or receptionist role (facility management/cleaning/pest control background an advantage).
- Skills:
- Strong communication (English mandatory, Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability.
- Customer service mindset and team coordination skills.
- Visa Status: Cancelled Visa / Own Visa / Visit Visa accepted.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
