Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in automotive parts sales, a strong understanding of vehicle components (especially for German or luxury brands), and a customer-focused approach to driving revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and a proactive attitude in both in-store and field sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle parts inquiries and sales through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Proactively identify customer needs and provide the right parts solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Conduct regular client visits to build relationships, promote products, and expand customer base.
- Upsell accessories, lubricants, and other value-added items to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to meet internal parts requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions, quotations, and client communications.
- Support inventory management: stock checks, reordering, and organizing the parts area.
- Use cataloguing and inventory software to identify parts accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in resolving customer issues or complaints related to parts supply or delivery.
- Keep display and sales areas neat, organized, and product-focused.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or sales certifications are a plus.
- Solid understanding of automotive parts, cataloguing systems, and vehicle makes.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a goal-driven attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Good typing speed (30–40 WPM) with accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicle brands.
- Multilingual (English, Arabic, Hindi or others) is highly desirable.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Candidates residing in or near Sharjah are strongly preferred.
