Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake artisan croissants, sourdough bread, and other specialty bakery items.
- Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery.
- Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
- Experiment with new recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef.
- Strong knowledge of artisan baking techniques (sourdough, laminated dough, pastries).
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Creativity, passion for baking, and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
