Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for 300+ employees.
- Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) uploads and ensure timely payments.
- Handle final settlements, gratuity, and end-of-service benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE pension law and payroll regulations.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
- Assist during internal/external audits related to payroll.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll management (UAE experience required).
- Must have managed payroll for 300+ employees.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law, gratuity, and pension regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
