Are you a target-driven sales professional with experience in personal loan sales? Fintrek Marketing is hiring Personal Loan Sales Executives for our Abu Dhabi office. Work with top UAE banks, access unlimited commission potential, and build a rewarding career in the financial services industry.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Sell personal loan products from leading UAE banks through direct sales
- Generate new leads through field sales, referrals, and walk-in clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan solutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to banking compliance policies
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent post-sales service to retain clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in UAE personal loan or banking sector
- Good knowledge of UAE personal finance products and loan procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
- Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
