Responsibilities of a Pest Control Business Development Manager:
- Identify and target potential clients in the facility management, pest control, and cleaning sectors.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Prepare and deliver service proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close long-term contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
