Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing team on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing work activities
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Manage materials, tools, and workforce effectively
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for proper operation
- Report progress and issues to the project manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in plumbing, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Trade certification preferred
