Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Private Jet Charter Sales Executive to join our growing aviation sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for private charter flights — from identifying leads and preparing quotes to closing deals and ensuring smooth trip execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with expert advice, customized travel solutions, and premium service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming charter inquiries via phone, email, or any sales platforms.
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, referrals, and networking.
- Prepare and present accurate, competitive charter quotes, tailored to client’s needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with operators and clients to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with flight operations teams to ensure trip details are executed smoothly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, brokers, and aircraft operators.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities, quotes, and client communications in the sales & marketing system.
- Stay informed on aircraft availability, operator partnerships, and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers throughout the booking process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise before, during and after flight experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- With experience in private jet charter sales or a similar high-end sales environment (luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge services).
- Strong knowledge of charter aircraft types, aviation terminology, and industry practices.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage VIP or corporate client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in any forms of sales platforms
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by client needs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus (especially French, or Arabic)
