Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the property development industry, managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of assigned development projects.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to senior management.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, authorities, and investors.
- Supervise the procurement process and contract negotiations when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within the real estate/property development industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, planning, and execution.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines.

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
