Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Sales Executive with a solid background in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years’ proven sales experience in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and lead contract negotiations
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Provide regular sales pipeline and project status reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE within the interior fit-out industry
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong existing client network and solid knowledge of the UAE market
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage
- Candidates on own visa preferred; company visa and accommodation can be provided if required
