Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Russian and proficient in English
- Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
