Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Purchase & Logistics Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will handle procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, oversee logistics operations, and perform basic accounting entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local and international suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation and customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare reports.
- Perform basic accounting entries such as purchase invoices, payment records, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in purchasing, logistics, or related fields.
- Related BAchelors Degree
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Preferred: Female candidates on husband’s visa.
