- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Manage procurement of FMCG goods (food, beverage, personal care, cleaning products, etc.).
- Maintain accurate purchase records and update inventory reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure proper stock levels.
- Monitor market trends, evaluate suppliers, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle documentation and compliance related to local and international purchases.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement in the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of FMCG products and supplier markets.
