Job Title: QA/QC Assistant – Healthcare Industry

Salary Range: Up to AED 3,500
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA/QC Assistant to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts within our Medical Fitness Center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting inspections, documenting findings, and implementing quality control measures in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures to improve operational performance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Liaise with management and regulatory bodies to address compliance and quality issues.
- Stay informed about healthcare inspection regulations, licensing requirements, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the UAE/Home country healthcare sector in a QA/QC or regulatory role.
- Strong understanding of UAE healthcare quality standards and inspection protocols.
- Excellent skills in data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
