Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA/QC Executive to ensure that our products and processes meet quality and efficiency standards. The role involves managing quality control processes across the supply chain, resolving customer complaints, and supporting ISO implementation and maintenance throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Inspect and monitor the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
- Raise Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions.
- Investigate root causes of customer complaints and sales returns, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support and product-related information.
- Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs) for imported materials to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or a similar role in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
