We are looking for an experienced RCM Specialist with strong expertise in medical coding and insurance coordination to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate coding, timely claims submission, and effective communication with insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding for all medical services.
- Manage the complete revenue cycle process: charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and reconciliation.
- Act as the primary insurance coordinator, handling pre-approvals, claim follow-ups, and resolving rejections with payers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on collections, claims status, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with physicians, billing staff, and insurance representatives to resolve discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Medical Coding, or related field.
- Certified in Medical Coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in RCM, medical coding, and insurance coordination in the UAE healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE insurance guidelines (Daman, Thiqa, ADNIC, NAS, Neuron, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in healthcare software and MS Office.
