Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration (calls, emails, scheduling).
- Support agents with property listings, paperwork, and documentation.
- Update and maintain company databases (Excel, CRM).
- Handle filing, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants, and team members when needed.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
