Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Admin & Sales Support Executive located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves providing administrative and sales support to the real estate team, assisting with property management tasks, and ensuring smooth real estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for Lead Management (Call, Email & WhatsApp), lead follow-ups, forwarding leads to agents and recording leads, and generating periodic reports
- Create forms in Dubai REST app (Contract A, Contract B, and F) and manage additional forms (Form I, NDA, LOI, etc.). Manage listing permits through Trakheesi and manage brokers’ RERA cards
- Responsible for RERA License & Trakheesi Permit Control and Agents' Broker Card Management
- Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements including registration of tenancy contract with Dubai Land department
- Coordinate appointments, property showings and open houses, and follow up with potential buyers or tenants
- Personally show properties to prospective clients for Management owned accounts
- Assist in marketing efforts such as scheduling photo/video shoots, creating flyers and posting on social media, real estate property website (such as Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle)
- Support the negotiation and closing processes
- Register, renew agreements with developers
- Managing WhatsApp groups for internal communication and client updates
- Process and manage payments, invoices, and expenses
Requirements
- High school diploma required; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar real estate support or administrative role, preferably in Dubai.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using CRM tools, real estate portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder)
- Familiarity with Dubai REST, Trakheesi, and RERA systems
- Understanding of real estate forms (Contract A/B/F), broker card renewals, RERA permit applications, and Ejari registration.
- Strong coordination, communication, presentation and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management
- Ability to handle WhatsApp groups and maintain team updates effectively
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
- A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage but not mandatory

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
