Now, as we expand our Dubai operations, we’re looking for a Real Estate Administrator who thrives in a high-performance culture and wants to be part of something bigger.
This isn’t just paperwork and coordination. This is about being at the center of our sales engine — supporting luxury deals, working directly with top developers, and keeping a fast-moving team aligned as we grow.
Your Role
- Be the backbone of operations: CRM management, client records, sales documentation
- Handle RERA, DLD, Ejari, and Trakheesi processes with precision
- Work alongside our agents on off-plan launches and high-value closings
- Liaise with developers, landlords, and clients at a professional, international standard
- Keep the business structured, compliant, and ahead of the curve
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of UAE real estate admin experience (developer-side experience is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate compliance (RERA/DLD/Ejari/Trakheesi)
- Tech-savvy: CRM platforms + MS Office
- A doer — proactive, detail-driven, and able to keep up with a growing team
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a bonus

- Base salary AED 4000,000 – 8,000+ ( base + commission)
