Krib Real Estate is looking for a proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our sales, leasing, and property management operations. The role involves managing client communication, preparing contracts (RERA/Ejari), handling property listings, coordinating viewings, and supporting daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in UAE real estate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and Ejari documentation
- Update property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Support marketing and social media campaigns
- Maintain CRM, invoices, and office reports
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate administration (UAE preferred)
- Knowledge of RERA/Ejari procedures & CRM systems
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Fluent in English
